Indoor Training

Training alone indoors is the norm during this time of Government lockdown. It’s far better than nothing, but you have to be careful to keep a healthy mix of flex, cardio, strength and technique.

Doesn’t take long to ‘lose it’.

Just needs a bit of thought and planning, and after week 1 of incarceration things are starting to settle.

Make use of your yard or garden, I find early training is best, before the neighbours begin to sit out in their yards.

Managed to do a good session of kobudo this morning. It’s not a big deal for me any more, but the weight of weapons and the additional fine motor skills required adds a bit of variety to training.

Keep going, when the madness ends you’ll be glad you did.
