Upper block
Middle block
Lower block
Hooking hand block
Round block / tiger mouth
Rising elbow
Dropping elbow
Round elbow
Back fist
Straight punching
Knee kick (or front kick)
Side kick (or diagonal knee)
I'm using Goju Ryu technique as my base, because that's what I do. There's enough range of movement in these basics to cover a lot of ground. And it doesn't take long to do 100 of each.
